TERMS OF PURCHASE



YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS



We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all printed photographs, this does not affect statutory rights.



All returns must include the order form and the returned product to show proof of purchase.



It is also helpful to know why you have returned your product so that we can review our products and services, making changes if they are required.



All items should be posted back to the following address: EdenMourne Photography, 14 Edenmore Road, Mayobridge, Newry, Co.Down, BT34 2JH



We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of postage.

We recommend packages are taken to a Post Office counter and you request a “Certificate of Posting” . We can only accept responsibility for lost parcels if you are able to produce this.



Please note: Returns may take up to 14 days to process.



If your photographs were purchased as part of a promotion (buy one get one free), the refund will be proportionate to the offer price paid.



DOWNLOADS POLICY



Our Money back guarantee is not available for downloads, please see below for further information on our downloads policy.



Once your order and payment has been processed, your download will be available for you to download on your account.



All downloads are high resolution images.

We recommend download files are saved to the parent/guardians own device.

Our system registers when the photographs have been downloaded, after which, you will not be eligible for a return or refund.



If you wish to cancel your order for downloads and our system shows you have not yet downloaded the images, we offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases.

EdenMourne Photography takes no responsibility for the legality of such items, which should be checked in line with your own policies and procedures.
